The next-generation inspection device "IMAGE8000.DHV," equipped with a digital processor, is a surface inspection system designed for plain sheet products compatible with digital cameras. By adopting high-speed, high-resolution cameras, the resolution in the flow direction has improved, enabling more precise defect detection. The use of optical transmission for connections allows the distance from the camera to the signal processing unit to be extended up to 200 meters, making it possible to separate the installation of the field environment from the signal processing equipment. Compared to conventional analog inspection systems, both installation and maintenance costs are expected to be reduced. *Custom specifications, such as marking devices (label markers/pen markers) and slit compatibility, can also be customized.
